Portfolio use: unless you object in writing, we may display completed work as examples in our portfolio or marketing.

8. Third-party services

Our services may involve third party providers (hosting, domain registrars, Stripe, automation platforms, email tools, analytics, and others). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third party outages, price changes, policy updates, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to deliver reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation, hosting uptime, or third party platform availability unless explicitly stated in a service level agreement.

We may update our website, packages, pricing, or service offerings with reasonable notice where required.

10. Fees

Prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) unless stated otherwise

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFFORDABLE CLOUD SECURITY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR EUR €100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID.
