  • Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure you have rights to any materials you supply (text, images, logos, trademarks, etc.)

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful or deceptive content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or client environments
  • Resell or misrepresent our services without written permission

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate work that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Professional services disclaimer

Our services are provided for general business and technical purposes. Unless explicitly agreed in writing:

  • We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or regulated compliance advice
  • You are responsible for how you use deliverables in your business
  • You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation

6. AI assisted and third party tools

Some deliverables may use AI assisted tools or third party platforms (for example design, automation, hosting, or payment providers). Outputs may require your review and approval. We do not guarantee that third party tools will remain available, unchanged, or error free.

You are responsible for reviewing content and configurations before use in production.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Your content

You retain ownership of content, branding, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use those materials solely to deliver the agreed services.

7.2 Deliverables and our materials

Upon full payment for a project (unless otherwise stated in writing):

  • You receive rights to use the agreed website, automation, or infrastructure deliverables for your business
  • We retain ownership of our pre existing tools, templates, methods, and general know how
  • Our company name, branding, website, and marketing materials remain the property of Affordable Cloud Security

Portfolio use: unless you object in writing, we may display completed work as examples in our portfolio or marketing.

8. Third-party services

Our services may involve third party providers (hosting, domain registrars, Stripe, automation platforms, email tools, analytics, and others). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third party outages, price changes, policy updates, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to deliver reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation, hosting uptime, or third party platform availability unless explicitly stated in a service level agreement.

We may update our website, packages, pricing, or service offerings with reasonable notice where required.

10. Fees

  • Prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) unless stated otherwise
  • One time setup fees and monthly support or hosting fees are described on our pricing page or in your proposal
  • Payments may be processed through Stripe or other approved payment methods
  • Late payment may pause work or suspend ongoing services until resolved
  • Refund terms, if any, are stated in your proposal or package description

11. Disclaimer of warranties

OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • Every integration or deployment will be uninterrupted or error free
  • Third party platforms will continue to support specific features
  • Business results (traffic, leads, revenue, uptime) will meet specific targets unless explicitly guaranteed in writing

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFFORDABLE CLOUD SECURITY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR EUR €100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You may stop using our website at any time. For active projects or monthly services, cancellation terms follow your package, proposal, or written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay agreed fees, or if continuation would create legal or security risk.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
